She was predeceased by: her parents, James Searcy of Washington and Ola Mae Frances Morrell; and her siblings, Lloyd Searcy, Hughie Searcy, Novie Casey, Nolie Herrin, Tessie McCallum, Essie Jenkins and Tillie Daniel Colson.
She is survived by: her husband Emory Fulton McCallum; and her sister Margaret Hammel of Thomasville, Georgia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
