He was predeceased by: his significant other Eunice Dove Goins; his daughter Tressa Carol Goins; his former wife Evelyn Stewart Goins; and his parents, Marcus Norman Goins and Velma Marler Goins.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Hollinghead of Pine Grove; his son Terry Goins (Tonya) of Pine Grove; his stepdaughter Betty Munn (Jeff) of Fairhope, AL; his sisters, Wilma Lynam of Atlanta, GA and Callie Mae Hickman of Greenville, AL; his granddaughters, Tiffany Sowell of Bay Minette, AL and Teri Jacobs; and his great grandchildren, Michael Rollin (Ashley) of Mobile, AL, Trevor Caprara of Bay Minette, AL, Tommy Lee Vernon, II of Pensacola, FL and Colton Rider of Cantonment, FL. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
