She was predeceased by: her husband Olben O. Quinley; and her siblings, Elisha Thomley, Eula Hadley, Flora Peacock, Earlean Hicks, Sylvester Thomley and Jean Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Danny O. Quinley (Valerie) of Creola, AL and Patricia Quinley Phillipy (Wayne); her sister Frankie Lou Thomley Hall of Rabun; her grandchildren, Joshua O. Quinley (Lauren) and Heather D. Quinley; her great grandchildren, Jack Leggure Quinley, Jonas Levi Quinley and Lily Jo Quinley; her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Phillipy (Stephanie) and Rebecca P. Hartner (Tom); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jayden Phillipy, Camden Phillipy, Halle Hartner, Hayes Hartner and Hadleigh "Honey" Hartner.
