He is survived by: his wife Freida Worthy of Bankston; his sons, Ronald Worthy (Kim) of Dickson, TN and Ricky Worthy (Roxanne) of Columbia, TN; and his brother Douglas Worthy of Kansas. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
