She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Powell and Opal Martin Powell; and her siblings, Danny, Cecil Powell, Mary Sue Jackson and Jenny Foster.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Gene Lowery of Bankston; her children, Mitchell Lowery (Amanda) of Bankston, Tina Lowery of Bankston and Kim Perkins of Cullman; and her brother Bobby Powell of Bankston. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
