It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Barry Ellis (Bankston, Alabama), who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert Harris Ellis; and his former wife Joyce Lee Gaissert. He is survived by: his mother Marianna McCaleb Ellis; his daughter Kayla Lee Ellis (Morgan Lindsey); his grandchildren, Abigail Mae Lindsey and Lincoln Lee Lindsey; his brothers, Kenneth D. Ellis and Mark A. Ellis (Lori); and his nieces and nephews, Britt Ellis and Mason Ellis.
