He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn Tillery; his parents, James Albert and Novia Newman Justice; his brother James Henry Justice; and his brothers-in-law, Billy Sunday and Edward Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Pruitt Justice; his children, Dustin Neal Justice, Timothy Frazier (Adrianna) and Stephanie Faye Frazier (Brian Fuller); his grandchildren, Thomas Tillery, Shelly Tillery, Dominic Frazier, Isaiah Frazier, Timothy "Bean" Frazier, Jr. and Tyler Frazier; and his siblings, Mary Hinton (JB) of Richton, MS, Sue Hallford (Donnie) of Troy, Barbara Sunday, Alice Faye Williams of Brundidge, Becky Turvin (John) of Brundidge and Ray Justice (Patricia) of Eufaula. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
All recommended guidelines concerning COVID-19 will be followed, and the family requests masks to be worn at the services.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions can be made in his honor to a charity of choice.
