He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Thomas. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Thomas; his children, Courtney Bronson, Jerry Sellers, Tadarious Thomas, Otis Thomas Jr. and Tyashia Harris; his brothers, Jerome Thomas, Johnny Thomas, Melvin Thomas Jr. and Tobise Thomas (Lisa); his aunts and uncles, Savannah Dubose, Ellouise Pennington, Melonease Clark (James), Willie Dubose and Edward Dubose; and his grandchildren, Jayceon Sellers, Alexis Sellers, Carson Bronson and Londyn Shepherd. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
