He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ellen Sheppard Hays; his children, James Hays (Linda), Betty Brewer (Robert) and Randy Hays (Sharon) of Dothan; his grandchildren, Mike Hays, Julie Timmons (Shane), Elliott Wesley, Josh Hays (Angela), Jennifer Wesley, Will Hays (Brittani), Peyton Hays, Jeff Stenslend, Angie Roberson (Josh), Clint Brewer, Curt Brewer (Lisa), Kendra Henry (Ross) and Aaron Brewer; and his sisters, Ruby Turner and Winnell Peacock. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
