She is survived by: her husband Russell J. Harden; her children, Leigh Ann Lapinski (Ricky) of McDonough, GA and Rusty Hamilton (Kayleen); her grandson Waylon Lapinski; and her siblings, Bobbi Blanzy (Tom), David Johnson (Sue) and Chris Johnson (Melissa). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to Encompass Hospice.
