She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Leo Koski and Shirley Ann Cooper. She is survived by: her husband David Wayne Long Sr.; her daughter Melissa Bates; and her sister-in-law Melanie Helms (Micha). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends and a large extended family.
