He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cook and Marlene Bertbigler Cook; and his siblings, Richard Cook and Karen Worth. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Joyce (Alan), Diana Dean and Angel Herriman; and his sister Betty Vieau. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
