He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Hooper, Sheila King (Terry) and Juawana Brown (Steve); and his siblings, Marilee Kuykendall, Faye Castle and Kenny Hyatt. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
