She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Sloan and Myrtle Whatley Sloan; her husband Lester Dezell Miller; her siblings, Gladdis Sloan, Bill Sloan and Dean Harris; her daughter-in-law Donna Miller; her sister-in-law Jo Rice; and her friend Mary Glenn.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Miller, Phillip Miller (Linda) and Garry Miller (Anita); her sister Shelba Farr; her grandchildren, Jennifer Brown (Shane), P. J. Miller (Nicole), Stephanie Powell (Stephen), Leah Miller (Josh Wilborn), Courtney Ray (Michael), Erika Madigan (Matthew) and Alec Miller; and her close friend Lorene Mann.
