He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Faulk and Cora Faulk; and his siblings, Willie, Lonnie, Thomas Faulk, Mary Creamer and Jeanette Faulk.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Faulk; his children, Michael Faulk (Karen), Joe Faulk (Diane), Kris Faulk (Frankie), Teresa Driver (Cliff), Lisa Ostrander (Mark) and Melinda Davis; and his sisters, Dorothy Wesson and Elizabeth Vance. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
