She is survived by: her sons, William Lee Whetstone (Michele Lee) and Michael P. Whetstone (Melanie Carol); her grandchildren, Brittany Mechea Whetstone Armstrong (Richard), Melissa Leigh Simpson (Derrek), James Tyler Whetstone, Megan Carol Arnette (DJ), Kristen Hope Whetstone and Nancy Marie Whetstone; and her niece Carol Marie Tripp (Bruce). She is also survived by numerous extended family and many friends.
