He was predeceased by: his parent Clifford Wagoner; his sons, Jeffrey Allen and Thomas Allen; and his brother Frederick Rueben Wagoner. He is survived by: his parent Elma Wagoner (Kamp); his son James Michael of Mishawaka; his daughter-in-law Dee Wagoner of Mishawaka; his grandson Scott Thomas Wagoner of Auburn, AL; his brother Merlyn Wagoner (Willow Mae) of Winter Garden, FL; his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Jones of New Carlisle, IN, Velma Neely of Columbia, SC, Mary Kaiser (Ray) of Mill Creek, IN and Ruth Haag of Wyatt, IN.; and his child North Oak Park Ave.
