He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Love and Dana Brown Land; his wife Jean Hay Land; his daughters, Joyce Land Noble (Gary), Susan "Cricket" Land Johnson (Waverly) and Sally Land Rasmussen (Robert); his great grandchild Landon Jackson; and his nieces, Dr. Lisa Land Schifanella (Paul) and Lori Land. He was also cherished by friends and outdoor companions.
