It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Alexander Beaty (Auburn, Alabama), who passed away on February 22, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cary Harper and Ruth Neighbors Beaty; his son Thomas Joel Beaty; and his sisters, Agnes Johnson, Louise Hickey, Margaret Ruth Beaty, Sarah Tuck, Evelyn Thomas and Dorothy Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Reynolds Beaty; his daughters, Susan Bowden (Johnny) of Valdosta, GA and Stacey Freeman (Andy) of Auburn, AL.; his siblings, Julia Stowe and C. H. Beaty; his grandchildren, Kelley Stinson, Karley Cherry, Kristina Mulligan, Katy Thomas and Kathryn Kim; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Stinson, Jacob Stinson, Keyton Thomas, Molly Mulligan, Cruz Kim, Marshall Mulligan and Eila Kim.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Storybook Farms.
