He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Taylor Noggle, Sr. and Carolyn Carr Noggle. He is survived by: his son Thomas; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his granddaughter Kara Lynn; his daughter Amy; his sister Patricia; and his brother-in-law Franklin Allen.
