She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVernie Foster and Sara Royster Foster; and her siblings, Junior, Earl, Marshall, Hershel Foster, Fannie Mae Pettus, Evelyn Phillips, Margaret Seibel and Annie Grace Brand.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Strickland; her children, Ron Strickland (Amy) and Dawn Ficquette (Joe); her grandchildren, Nicole Strickland, Kyron Wingo, Hannah Strickland, Samantha Mendoza, Andrew Strickland and Ellie Strickland; and her brother Houston Foster (Elaine). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
