He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Walters Speaks; his son Timothy Mikell Speaks; his daughter-in-law April Reynolds Speaks; his daughter Tammy Speaks Allison; and his grandchildren, Jackson Mikell Speaks (Carson), Harrison Beasley Speaks, Griffin Timothy Speaks, Sullivan Lee Speaks, Samuel Wallace Allison and Lily Grace Allison.
