He is survived by: his parent Nancy Jarrard Tanner; his wife Candace Noell Tanner of Auburn, AL; his daughters, Carson Kathryn Tanner and Hallie Elizabeth Tanner of Columbus, GA; his stepchildren, Thomas Chandler Lawrence of Auburn, AL, Sarah Ashton Lawrence of Auburn, AL and Noell Kade Lawrence of Auburn, AL; his sister Beth Tanner Tappan (Hugh) of Charleston, SC; his nephews, Carter Tappan, Tanner Tappan and Rigdon Tappan; his niece Alexandra Tappan of Charleston, SC; and his former wife Kathy Wright Tanner of Columbus, GA.. He is also survived by one aunt, four uncles.
