He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Beeman E. Ruthven and Mary Chrystal Kennedy Ruthven; his siblings, Mary Ruthven Martin, Jimmy Ervin Ruthven (Brenda), John Jesse Ruthven (Kay) and Larry Lynn Ruthven; his daughters, Nancy Ruthven Garcia (Zach) and Melanie Ruthven Ellis (Matthew); his grandchildren, Tyler Michael Garcia, Kiersten Kennedy Garcia, Larry Beeman Ellis and Jonathan Bryant Ellis; and his wife Nancy Fultz Ruthven. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
