It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lauren Burks Nolen of Auburn, Alabama, who passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sisters, Bessie Turk of Auburn, AL and Pearline Burks of Auburn, AL; her aunt Elaine Hall of Loachapoka, AL; and her siblings-in-law, Juanita Burks of Auburn, AL, Annie Lois Nolen of Loachapoka, AL and James Wilson of Savannah, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, church members and friends.
CDC recommends that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
