She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamar Shiver and Beatrice Shiver; and her siblings, Jan Hadley, Larry (Paula), Mike (Patricia) and Kenneth Shiver.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Lazenby; her son David Lazenby; her daughter-in-law Elisha Lazenby; her sister Sandra Riley; her sister-in-law Karen Bomberger; her nephew R. J. Phillips; and her pet Bandit. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, Gwen's family requests donations be made to well-wishers' favorite charitable organizations.
