He is survived by: his wife Linda Muehlenfeld; his children, Emily Hill (Cody), Melissa Jarrell (Casey), Matthew Muehlenfeld and Mitchell Muehlenfeld (Carli); his grandchildren, Blaise, Piper and Rhett Jarrell; his sisters, Jolene Roesel (Mark) and Sandee Launch; his mother-in-law Birdie Ratcliff; and his siblings-in-law, Lou Ann Wall (Joey), Tommy and Ernie Ratcliff.
