He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Ware and Annie Mabel Ferrell Ware; his wife Beulah Mae Ware; his son Steven Eugene Ware; and his brothers, William Ware, Emory Ware and Edward Ware.
He is survived by: his sister Mabel Ware Winston of California; his sister-in-law Ernestine Ware of Roanoke, AL; and his grandchildren, Justin Smith of Houston, Cameryn Smith of Auburn, AL, Naiylah Ware of Sacramento, Calif., Nyles Ware of Sacramento, Calif., Sheneka Lewis (Jay) of LaGrange, GA, KaLisa Lynch of LaGrange, GA., Jordan Lewis of LaGrange, GA. and Jazmyne Lewis of LaGrange, GA.. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, church members and friends.
