She is survived by: her husband William Jefferson Rutherford; her daughters, Robyn Rutherford Toothaker (Harry) and Ami Rutherford Wicks (Kenny); and her grandchildren, William Jefferson Toothaker, Hudson Joseph Toothaker, Richard Alexander Rogers, Jr., Anna Lawson Rogers and Kennedy Marie Wicks.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations be made to the Alabama Sheriff's Girls Ranch.
