She is survived by: her children, Starr Carter Miller of Auburn, Alfred R. Carter Jr. and Edward Michael Carter (Windy) of Dadeville; her grandchildren, Richard H. Miller Jr. "Ric" (Carter Hayes), Alfred R. Carter III, John Lucas Carter, Hayden Michael Carter, Hudson Thomas Carter and Landry Maria Carter; her great grandchild Ellie Kate Warnock; her sister Eddie Ruth Fuller; her nieces and nephews, Vicki Fuller Stanaland (Randy), Leslie Fuller Boutwell (Rick), Greg Carter (Judy) and Derek Williams (Sonya); her sisters-in-law, Ann Carter and Janice Carter Williams Drake; her close friend Madi; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey Ruth Boutwell, Brooke Boutwell Morrison (Max), Briana Williams, Same Harrell, Will Harrell, David Carter, Daniel Carter, Brent Williams, Nick Williams and Chris Williams; and her friend Wanda Ponder.
