With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jennifer Coggin Herren of Auburn, Alabama, born in Paragould, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Karen Milner Coggin and James Wilburn Coggin; and her father-in-law James Robert Herren. She is survived by: her husband Vic Herren; her daughters, Caroline Sweeney (Jimmy), Emma Mitchell (Jake), Hannah Howton (Ryan) and Maggie Dowdle (Sam); her grandchildren, Lily, Asher Mitchell and Howton; her siblings, Lincoln Coggin (Pam), Tisha Clay (Darren), Casey Coggin (Kristi) and Ben Coggin (LeEllen); her mother-in-law Jeanette Tucker Herren; and her siblings-in-law, Teresa Mobley (Trent), Angie Sandlin (Kevin) and Jamie Herren (Bernice). She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Central Church of Christ (415 16th St NE, Fayette, AL 35555). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
