He was predeceased by: his stepfather Dwight Cole; and his grandparents, James Edward, Myra Lou Berry, Haden, Earline Stewart and Will Gunn.

He is survived by: his parents, Jackie Stewart and Carol Cole; his wife Traci Anderson Stewart; his children, Brock and Josie; his stepmother Linda Stewart; his siblings, Scott Stewart, Ashley Teal, John Cole (Leann) and Lori Dixon (Matt Brown); his nieces and nephews, Abby, Haden Stewart, Weston, Tyson Teal, Ty Cole, Cole Dixon and Laura Ashley Wood; and his stepsisters, Shannon, Tonya and Candy.

The family suggests that donations be made to the Lee County Humane Society, an organization Jeff felt strongly about.
