We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2020, at the age of 89, Jean Reaves of Auburn, Alabama, born in Jasper, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Sam T. Jones and Carl A. Reaves of Auburn; her siblings, Lonnie J. McCullar, Billy L. McCullar and Vetra Sherer; and her stepdaughter Chris Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Jones (Donna), Rusty Jones (Kathy) and Betsy Hindman (Skip); her stepdaughter Brenda Blankenship (Charles); her sisters, Ruth Thomas (Edsel) and Betty Buford (James); her sister-in-law Betty McCullar (Bill); her grandchildren, Ted Jones (Shannon), Paige Jones (Elishea), Meri Jones (Dan Corson), Ben Jones (Leigh), Matt Jones (Jessica), Walter Hindman and Sandy Hindman; her great grandchildren, Mabry, Liam, Rowan, Fen, Annie, Russell, Gray and Luke; her nieces and nephews, Gail Sherer (Wayne), Diane Pevsner (Michael), LaDonna Brown (Barry), Pam Measel (Chuck), Linda Rowe (Dennis), Hugh Buford (Tamyra), Allen Buford, Edsel Thomas, Jr., Anita Tucker Smith, Beverly Tucker Beitzel (Vern), Kaki Tucker Barto (Doug), Jim Tucker (Karen), Beth Scott, Bill Tidwell (Gloria), Jimmy Tidwell (Sharon), Freddie Watts (Marilyn) and Chuck Lindsey (Alyson); and also, Leslie Boykin (Jeff), Adam Blankeship (Angela), Kathy Sparks (Nick) and Jared Ragsdale (Katy).
