She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Alvin Griffin and Inez Ware Griffin; her son Michael Dale Jenkins; and her siblings, Mary Frances Griffin, Juanita G. Stewart, Elizabeth G. Latham, Margaret G. Strickland, Ann McKay, Bill, Charlie, Pete, Harold and Jerry Griffin.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Anna Hopper (Brennan) of Auburn and Blair Jenkins of Villa Rica; her great grandchild Charlotte Hopper; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Naylon (John) of Villa Rica. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews plus a very large extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home-Ashland (85499 AL-9, Ashland, AL 36251). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location.
