He is survived by: his children, Robert Deane, Joan Deane, Nancy Williams (Clif), Pamela Romines (Robert) and Mary Toombs (Greg Miller); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Tullis, Matthew Morin, Erin Guellette, Colin Williams, Nick Williams, Ryan Williams, Kyle Romines, Megan White, Allie Romines, Burns Romines and Ellis Toombs; his great grandchild Paul Redfield; and his daughters, Peggy Gandell and Patty Maxwell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Michael's.
