He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earle and Edna Earle; and his brothers, Bobby and Ricky. He is survived by: his wife Mary Vann; his sons, Phil Perkins and Russell Perkins (Deanna); his grandchildren, Collin (Savannah), Maria, Grace, Maggie and Natalie; and his great grandchild Lucie.
