It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Josephine Teague (Auburn, Alabama), who passed away on April 26, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Chadwick and Lillie Mae Chadwick; her husband Wayne Teague; and her siblings, Frank Jones, Dr. A. Jasper Jones and Kathryn Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Karen DeLano of Auburn and Dewey Wayne; her daughter-in-law Valerie Teague of Auburn; her grandchildren, Hilary Powell (Reece), Wade Delano (Stephanie), Dylan Teague (Ashley), Jacie Cates (Bill), Alex Teague, Ashton Teague and Dalton Teague; and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Quinn Delano, Hannah, Davis, Asa, Keller Cates, Ella Kate Teague, Will and Ruth Ann Kearley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Town Creek Cemetery (1150 S Gay St, Auburn, AL 36830).
