He is survived by: his son Eddie James Thomas, Jr. (Pamela) of Opelika, AL; his grandson Isaiah James Thomas of Opelika, AL; his siblings, Mary Holland of Cleveland, OH, Annie Pitts (Pastor Solomon) of Auburn, AL, Gwendolyn James of Auburn, AL, Joseph "Mose" Thomas (Sonjia) of Auburn, AL, Silas Thomas of Auburn, AL and Joe Henry Thomas (Carolyn) of Atlanta, GA; and his friend Tommy Lee Paradise of Auburn, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
