He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hartsfield and Norma Sorrell Hartsfield; his brother Henry 'Hank'; and his sister-in-law Fran Hartsfield. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Gaines Hartsfield of Auburn, Ala; his children, Andrew Hartsfield of Abbeville, SC and Tina Dinges (Mark) of Kansas City, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Judy Hartsfield Gedies, Keely Warren Hartsfield, Tom Hyatt, Jason Hyatt, Robert Hartsfield Gedies and Michael Warren Gedies. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
