He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Donald McKee Vestal and Virginia Nixon Vestal Brown; his wife Janis Callan Vestal; his children, Jamie Vestal Dell (Steven) and David Vestal, Jr.; his grandchildren, Julian Alexander Dell, Emily Lorraine Dell and Ruby Catherine Dell; and his siblings, Kathleen, Donald, Cynthia, Douglas and Melissa.
