She was predeceased by: her husband Henry C. Faulk; her parents, James M. Hicks, Sr. and Laura C. Hicks; and her siblings, Lessie Bishop, Josephine Burdette, Della Mulder, Hazel Matthews and James M. Hicks, Jr. (Billy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Jones (Vernon) of Auburn and Carol Miller (Frank) of Gadsden; and her grandchildren, Ricky Brantley, Fort, Virginia Lassiter of Panama City, FL, Russell Jones of Opelika, AL, Kelsie Burke of Rockford, AL and Stephanie Coonrod of Tampa, FL.
