He is survived by: his parents, Rufus Palmer and Virginia Palmer (Redden); his wife Jeannie Palmer; his children, Jacquline "Janna" Palmer, Caitlin Owens (Heath), Samantha Smith, Stephen Davis (Tiffany) and Anthony Matsushino; his grandchildren, Lelo, Jett, Caine, Jake, Ava, Vincent, Skylar, Gage, Reagan and Marilyn; and his siblings, Stephanie, Jennifer, Peggy, Bill, Jonathan and Daws.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
