He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Billie Joyce Hulsey Montgomery; his children, Mary Alene Stump, Charles Christopher Montgomery and Lori Allyson Montgomery; his daughter-in-law Janice Marie Montgomery; his grandsons, Charles Arlington "Cole" Stump III and William Montgomery Stump; his granddaughter-in-law Hannah Avery Stump; his great grandchild Charlotte Avery Stump; his sons-in-law, Charles "Bo" Stump Jr. and John Niemeyer; and his parents, Charles William and Mary Frances Montgomery.
