She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Malcolm Sparks and Helen Mason Sparks; her husband Dr. Michael Gentry; her children, Kathryn Curnutte Farmer (Chris) of Lexington and Michael Gentry, Jr. (Allison) of Versailles; her grandchildren, Cy Curnutte, Trey Gentry (Brittany) of Charleston, SC, Rachael Curnutte, Grady Gentry and Nashville; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Emerson and Lucy Gentry; and her pets, Lily, Nutmeg and Marmalade.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Woodford Humane Society.
