He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bylsma and Phoebe Bylsma Hillsamer. He is survived by: his pets, Brandy, Spanky and Star; his wife Patricia Worthington Bylsma; his sons, Mark Wade Bylsma (Donna), David Wayne Bylsma (Lori) and Steven Wyatt Bylsma (Kelly); his siblings, James Bylsma (Dee), Christopher Bylsma (Annette), Kathy Branch (Steve) and Suzanne Burns (Gerald); and his grandchildren, Seth, Madison, Alyssa, Hayley, Emily, Chandler, Jackson, Matthew, Austin, Zachary, Kenzie and Kole.
