He is survived by: his wife Margaret Echols Chandler; his son Bobby David Chandler (Anne Sternenberg Chandler); his grandchildren, Katie Chandler Sahlie (Will), Robert David Chandler and William Dale Chandler; and his brother Reggie Chandler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
