She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas E. Butt, Jr.; her parents, Leland Boggs'Cap'Ellis and Ethel True Ellis; her sister Helen Faye Ellis Osteen; and her daughter Doris Faye Butt Lentz.
She is survived by: her children, Sara Smith (Stuart) of Granbury, TX, Carol Tsagarakis of Madison, WI and Charles Butt of Auburn, AL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrews Episcopal Church (106 Walnut St, Collierville, TN 38017).
The family requests that any memorials be sent to a charity of the donor's choice.
