Rhett Riley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rhett Riley (Auburn University, Alabama), who passed away on January 2, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette McWhorter of Clayton; and his children, Russell Riley of Somerset, Virginia, Jeffrey Riley of New Orleans, Louisiana and Peggy Akin of Montgomery. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He retired from that position in 1990, but continued to work as a financial advisor for the Auburn University Foundation.
