He was predeceased by: his parents, William Guyon Holt (Guy) and Margaret Elizabeth Abercrombie Holt. He is survived by: his wife Deborah B. Holt; his daughter Abigail Grace Holt; his sisters, Mary Williams (Bill) and Sue Whitfield; and his stepchildren, Brandi M. Tramel (Chris) and Nicholas A. Whisenant. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and step-grandchildren.
