He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Stephens and Mary Baker Stephens; his sister Ruby Ford (Woodrow); and his stepdaughter Misty Loggins. He is survived by: his wife Janice Stephens; his daughters, Rhonda Stephens, Tonya Stephens and Amy August; his stepdaughters, Valerie Womack and Tracy Vann; his sister Sue Leftwich (Johnny); his grandchildren, Brittany Malkiewicz, Eli Cosper, Job Stephens (Jess), Alyssa Kontos, Theo Kontos, Trey Nance and Colin Nance; his stepgrandchildren, Savanna Bustion (Brandon), Heather Vann, Sam Womack, Seth Womack and Sydnee Childress; his great grandchildren, Jayce, Jayden Malkiewicz, Lance and Bravery Stephens; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Emmy, Ethan and Everly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
